We are regulars on the competition and educational seminar circuit.  We believe in the importance of taking pride in our craft and strive to continually learn and grow.

Michelle Kennedy,CMG, has been grooming for 24 years, working in a shop she co-owned in Latham.  A life-long pet owner, she began showing, breeding and training Siberian Huskies in 1980.  She has produced Best-In-Show and Best-In-Specialty winners as well as several champions.  Her puppies have gone to show homes as far away as Japan and South Africa.  She is currently training a Swedish Vallhund for the show ring and participating in grooming competitions with her hand-scissored Standard Poodle and hand-stripped Cairn Terrier.  She just completed her Certified Master Groomer certification. Michelle lives in Clifton Park with her husband, Michael, four daughters, three dogs and three cats.

Jill Pipino has been grooming for 9 years.  She is currently competing in grooming competitions at the national level with her Standard Poodle, Miniature Poodle and Field Spaniel and is working toward her International Professional Groomers Master Grooming Certification.  She recently passed her long-legged Terrier and Sporting certifications. Jill has won first place in the Terrier Class with a hand-stripped Welsh Terrier.   Jill is currently training for obedience competitions and developing her training skills to become a professional trainer.  Her knowledge of pet care has earned her a spot as a featured writer for The Our Towne in Colonie where Jill makes her home with her husband, John, and their four dogs.

Both Michelle & Jill have attended the Red Cross Certification Class for Pet First Aid.
